Hero Skills

To learn how to play, let's figure out what Helcart's skills are, what are their advantages and disadvantages. Below is a detailed description of each active ability (three in total) and the assassin's passive buff.

Passive Skill - Racial Advantage

Every 4 seconds, gaining control, Helkart inflicts silence for one and a half seconds in response. In this state, enemies will not be able to use any abilities.

In addition, when applying a basic attack, the hero will accumulate deadly blades every time (their number is marked right above the character). If they are not spent using the second skill, then after 8 seconds their number will gradually decrease.

First Skill - Shadow Transformation

Helkart makes a lightning dash to the marked position. If he managed to reach the enemy, he will deal increased damage and slow down the affected targets by 90% for the next one and a half seconds. If used successfully, the killer will receive an additional deadly blade (their number is marked directly above the character).

If you use it with an active ultimate, then silence is additionally imposed on enemies.

Second Skill - Mortal Blade

Previously accumulated blades above the hero's head will be released in the indicated direction. When they hit an opponent, they deal increased physical damage and slow down by 8% for the next 3 seconds. The slowdown effect stacks, and damage from the skill against minions and monsters is reduced by 70%.

Each blade counts as a basic attack and can trigger additional item effects, but does not deal critical damage.

Ultimate - Let the night fall!

After using the ultimate, Helkart reduces the visibility of enemy characters as much as possible. The blinding effect will last 3,5 seconds. Over the next 8 seconds, the killer gains 10% attack speed and 65% movement speed, as well as 1 deadly blade.

While the night is in effect, the hero's number of blades does not decrease. If another Helcart plays against you, then the effect of blindness does not apply to him.

Suitable emblems

How to play as Helkart

Helkart is a dangerous assassin whose goal is to instill fear and blind enemies with the help of his ultimate. We talk in more detail about each stage separately and about the tactics of warfare.

At the beginning of the game, like everyone else, the farm is vital for the character. First of all take buffs, then take on the rest of the forest monsters. Don't forget to help your allies in the lanes. With the advent of skill 4, you can organize ganks.

Sometimes an ult is enough to just scare the opponents and save someone's life if you are on the other side of the map.

In the middle stage, take on the role of not only a team player, but also a lone cold-blooded pursuer. Before the main blow, stack deadly blades to deal with enemies in one or two attacks. Focus on mages and shooters, because they are hard in melee combat, they have low health points and deal a lot of damage.

One-on-one Combo:

1. Use first skillto quickly get close to the opponent, slow them down and get an additional deadly blade.
2. Apply more multiple basic attack hits, filling completely the line of blades.
3. Activate second skillto deal devastating damage and finish off the enemy.
