This also has a dark side. At maximum fog settings, it can be difficult to see a tank from a distance, and the red zones of the armor turn pale pink and prevent you from properly targeting the enemy.
The best solution would be to turn off the fog. This way you will achieve maximum visibility range, but will greatly weaken the graphics. The trade-off is low fog settings.
Turn off vegetation
The situation is similar to the situation with fog. Vegetation adds atmosphere and beauty to the game, making the map look like a real area, and not like a caricatured lifeless field. However, at the same time, the maximum level of vegetation can hide tanks and interfere with your aim. For greater effectiveness, it is better to completely turn off all the grass.
Use imbecile camouflages
Most of the camouflages in the game are just beautiful skins. However, in some situations, the right camouflage will allow you to survive longer in battle.
A good example is the legendary camouflage "Copper Warrior" For WZ-113. It has a very unpleasant color that blends in with the red illumination of armored areas, which makes it much more difficult to target a tanker wearing camouflage.
This is not the only useful coloring. For example, camouflage "Knock down» for Swedish TT-10 Kranvagn has two “eyes” on the tank turret. Learn new maps in the training room

Convenient modes for pumping stock tanks
We all know that the most painless way to bring a tank out of stock is through special game modes that developers temporarily add to the game. "Gravity", "Survival", "Big Boss" and others. There are many modes in the game.
However, some of them are much better suited for pumping a stock car:
- "Survival" – the most convenient mode for this due to the mechanics of treatment. You load your stock tank with high-explosive fragmentation shells and in battle simply heal your allies, farming experience for leveling up. If the tank has a large amount of ammunition, in survival you can immediately drain the first life and switch to the second in order to increase the rate of fire, damage and healing effectiveness.
- "Big Boss" – the second most convenient mode, due to the same treatment mechanics. The only difference is that in battle the roles are randomized and sometimes you may get an attacking role. And even in this case, you may fall into the role of a “scorer”, who plays through bursts and explosions, and not through a gun.
- "Mad Games" – This is a mode that is not suitable for every tank. But if your car has “invisibility” and “ramming” in its abilities, you can forget about the gun and boldly fly into the enemy with a ram while invisibility, causing him enormous damage.
Modes that are by no means suitable for leveling:
- Realistic fights – in this mode, everything depends on your health, armor and weapons. There is no way to help the team there.
- clash – in this mode there are very small maps and the value of each car is high. In combat, a lot depends on whether you can shoot your opponent or not.
Unified control type
Some players believe that people who play on the computer have an advantage. However, it is not. If you play on glass (smartphone, tablet), be sure to enable "Unified type of management." After this, when playing on a phone, you will not be able to get into battle against PC players.
Conversely, if you want to reach players from a computer, the unified control type must be disabled. For example, you can play with friends on a countdown if your friends are playing on a PC and you are on a tablet.
Automatic capture of weak areas on smartphones
One of the main advantages of playing on a mobile device is the roller auto-aim, which allows you not only to lock on to a target, but to keep the gun aimed at the enemy’s weak spot.
To take advantage of this benefit, you need to add an element to your screen for free viewing. Aim at the enemy's weak zone (for example, at the WZ-113 hatch) and hold down the free view. Now you can look around and maneuver, and your gun will always be aimed at the enemy’s commander’s hatch.
This mechanic is very convenient to use when you play on mobile machines. When driving away from the enemy, you can simultaneously look at the road and shoot back.
Cross-platform platoons
PC players only play against geeks, but you can break the system a little. To do this, create a platoon with your friend who plays on a different platform. Seeing the player on the “glass”, the balancer will form cross-platform teams, where both PC players and players from smartphones and tablets will gather.
Of course, in this combination one platoon leader gains an advantage and the other loses.
Take your enemy out of the battle without destroying him
You went through a difficult battle and were left completely without strength points, and a full enemy is already approaching you? If you're playing a really heavy tank, just pin your opponent against the wall.
After your car is destroyed, its burning carcass will remain in place, and the pinned enemy simply will not be able to get out and will be disabled for the rest of the match. He can still shoot, but even a baby would act out this situation with a stationary enemy.
Targeting the rollers
If you shoot an opponent in the front or rear roller, he will lose the track and will not be able to move, and his opponent will gain a significant advantage. Some rapid-fire tanks are even capable of simply burying the enemy without letting him leave the rink.
In addition, if your allies shoot at the jammed enemy, you will receive an “assist”.
However, only a small percentage of players purposefully target the tracks. But this is a really useful skill that distinguishes experienced players from beginners.
Jump and I'll catch you
A small acrobatic trick that will allow you to quickly and effectively descend from a hill.
As you know, when you fall, your tank loses HP. At the same time, allies do not receive damage from allies. We add “2 + 2” and get that if you fall on an ally, you will not lose HP.
It is almost impossible to use this technique in real combat. But if there is a platoon leader, this option is quite possible.
Trap with AFK
Sometimes driving up to a shot enemy and finishing him off is not an option. You may be hindered by time, opponents, or anything else. In such a situation, you can pretend that your game crashed, your ping jumped, your mother called you to eat dumplings. In other words, pretend to be AFK.
Everyone loves to shoot defenseless opponents. And, if your shot opponent's greed gets the better of him, you can take him away with a reaction.
Divorce on VLD
Let's imagine an alternative situation - you have no HP left to take risks. Or you just don’t want to lose it during a positional firefight.
In this situation, it makes sense not to roll out onto the enemy side, but to brake sharply before leaving and substitute your VLD or NLD. Many machines, except the most cardboard ones, will be able to deflect any projectile due to the angle of inclination.
Such a simple setup will not work against an experienced player. However, this will be better than just standing and staring at the enemy until the end of the fight.
Premiumization is more profitable
Premiumization is usually an expensive proposition for those who want to turn their favorite upgradeable tank into a premium one.
However, during various holidays, prices for permanent premiumization are often cut by 2-3 times, and you can premiumize some Pole 53TP or Royal Tiger. As a result, you will get a Tier 8 imbued premium tank for about 4500–5000 gold.
